Lost or undelivered products
We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with your order!
Please reach out to our team (email: hello@pawverlabs.com) if you have not received your product as soon as possible, it's very important your pet consistently receives their Pawever!
In the event of a lost or undelivered products you must contact Customer Care Team via email (hello@paweverlabs.com) within 7 days of delivery. Any orders reported as lost or undelivered after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Faulty products
In the unlikely event that products are in any way defective, we will of course assist you right away - please contact us immediately at hello@paweverlabs.com.
It's important your pet consistently receives their Pawever, and we are always available to help as needed:)
